Chris came to see Ann Clare, Physio, with problems and pain in his knees. On this day, it was his 9th session of MBST and he went from daily pain to a huge pain reduction. He was trying to avoid surgery as much as possible, as he has already had a partial knee replacement on one side. He was told that unless he does something drastic, he was going to need a full replacement which wanted to avoid at all costs.

Mo was diagnosed with painful osteoarthritis in both shoulders and had great difficulty holding the brush. She was even considering having a shoulder replacement!
