Your checklists

  • 1) Just relax - you can sleep, read a book or listen to music (just please keep the device out of the treatment area)

    2) Hit pause - we can pause the treatment for a short period if you need to use the bathroom

    3) Stay hydrated - approximately 2 litres of water per day (tea & coffee don’t count… sorry)

    4) Movement - Keep doing your prescribed exercises (if you have been asked to do any)

  • 1) The basics - Stay hydrated and avoid unnecessary strain on the treated area for 10 weeks.

    2) Stay active - Follow prescribed stretches and exercises to enhance mobility & strengthen the muscles around the affected joints.

    3) Attend your post-treatment review sessions to ensure you’re progressing as planned.

    4) Patience is key - Recovery may take up to 10 weeks, and individual responses vary.

    5) If pain returns - MBST has zero side effects, so consider lifestyle factors like exercise, diet, and injury prevention.
